- From the upper navigation menu, click on “Dashboard”.
- Click on the “Students” tab.
- Click on the “Apply license for the new students” button
You will be presented with the classroom invitation wizard which allows you to invite students in different ways.
1 - Invite students by email:
- Select “Invite students by email:”
- Click on the “Continue” button
- Enter the student email address
- Click on the “Add Email”
You may add as many students' email addresses as you need.
Once you’re done click on the “Continue” button
2 - Invite students by document:
This method allows you to invite students in bulk by uploading their email addresses to a CSV file. You can download a sample file here.
- Select “Invite students by document:”
- Click on the “Continue” button
- Select the file from your computer, you may also drag and drop the file to the grey area.
- Select all the email addresses you want to invite. You may check the box at the column header to select them all.
- Once you’re done selecting the email addresses, you may have to scroll down to locate the “Continue” button.
- Click on the “Continue” button to continue.
3 - Share classroom link:
This method gives you an invitation link and code that you can share with your students. When they use it, they will be prompted to create an account with AlifBee, once they complete creating the account, they will join the account.
- Select “Share classroom link”
- Click on the “Continue” button
- Click on “Copy”
- Click on the “Continue” button
Now you can share this link or code with your students so they can join the account.
